Ordering        Orders are accepted from wholesale business accounts only. If you are registered with us, login here. If you have not registered your business, please fill out our contact form.

     Registered accounts can access our online wholesale catalogs, which include prices and our online shopping cart.

     There is no minimum dollar amount order. Each item has its own minimum quantity, which is shown along with pricing next to each product. Quantities are checked before you can add the item to your cart. You may enter any quantity per line item as long as it meets the item minimum.

     Our online wholesale system contains a shopping cart so that you may submit your order directly. There is no payment required at this point, as your transaction is not yet completed. A copy of your order is emailed to you and us. We will call you for your credit card number. We accept Visa & Mastercard.

     The View Cart page presents you with your order and asks you to review and submit it. Please double check your billing and shipping information, and make any necessary changes before you submit your order. Indicate if your receiving location is a business or residential address.

     Prefer to order offline? Download and print our order form. Orders may be called in to 800.237.0613 (US & Canada), or faxed to 1.516.931.4561. Other international, please call +1.516.931.4436. We also accept orders via Email.

     We do not bill your account until we ship your merchandise. We only invoice for shipped items. Backordered items are held in our system until filled. Charges for shipping and handling are added to your merchandise total after your order is submitted. For stores only, we do not charge freight on backorders.

     Prices and payments are in US Dollars.

     We ship all new button styles to stores in either display tubes or zipper bags at no charge.

     All orders from manufacturers require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. Payment may be made by credit card, check or wire transfer. Please call us for pricing on custom colors and sizes.

     All returns require pre-authorization. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
